Welcome to Nadil. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Nadil platform, operated by Isocials, located in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

By accessing this website and using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Nadil if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.


1. Merchandise & Services Prices

Nadil operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing digital menu creation and hosting tools.

  • Pricing: All prices for our subscription plans (Pro, Ultra, or Custom) are listed on our website and are subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any price changes affecting your active subscription.
  • Billing: Services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
  • Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are processed in USD or JOD. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

2. Delivery Policy & Method

Because Nadil is a purely digital SaaS platform, no physical goods are shipped.

  • Delivery Method: Delivery of the service is executed digitally. Upon successful processing of your payment, your account limits (e.g., menu creation limits, custom domain access) will be instantly unlocked and provisioned.
  • Access: You will access your services through your account dashboard immediately after purchase. If you experience delays in account provisioning, please contact support immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy

We believe in giving you total control over your subscription.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Nadil account dashboard or by contacting us at nadil@isocials.agency.
  • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain full access to your paid features until that cycle ends.
  • Data Retention: Following cancellation, your menus will be downgraded to the Free tier limits. We reserve the right to unpublish menus that exceed free tier quotas after your paid cycle ends.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our service, our refund policy is strictly defined:

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
  • Exceptions: If you have been billed in error or experienced a critical technical failure on our end that prevented you from using the service, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge at nadil@isocials.agency to request a review for a refund. Refunds in these cases are granted at the sole discretion of Isocials.

5. License & Acceptable Use

Unless otherwise stated, Isocials and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Nadil. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Nadil for your own business use subject to restrictions set in these terms.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Nadil
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Nadil
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy our software or interface
  • Use the platform to host illegal, offensive, or prohibited content

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
